On May 30th and 31st, 2002 at the Kobe City Hall, we, the members of the jury for the above named competition, met for deliberations and selected the first 30 ranking designs for exhibition, among which we awarded the First and Second prizes as well as recognizing three more worthy designs as listed below. We recognize that the First Prize winning design will be used as the basis for construction. The design may be altered during the implementation process in consultation with
the designer, the local residents and the City of Kobe. |
